final paper

I'm not actually a hundred percent on how to structure the final paper. I have basic idea of how to do it but i'm just not sure. Is it suppose to follow the research propsal sort of?

I found found a few archives that I can use for my final paper. They will be very helpful. I will try to tie in the stories from campus into the paper for a more in depth analysis of my worksite.

I work there so i can give back a whole lot to my community. I also volunteer at surrounding ems stations to run emergency.

week 8

I have seen that the main theme is everybody love there job and they would do anything to keep it. I am already involved in this culture but not fully because of my position as just an EMT.

I have gotten several academic sources and interviews already. I havnt found as manyas i though i would find but that is the only thing.

I can find information on my topic at the local library. I can use interviews and other sources for information as well.

I have picked DC EMS to do my research and Eaton EMS because I work there. Most people wouldnt know much about it. Paramedics belong to my subculture.

I am going with the PAramedics of Deleware County because I am an EMT and I would like to be one. This and that I am really interested in this are the only factore i have taken in to consideration. I am open to whatever I need to learn.

I work on an ambulance. That is very different from most people my age and what they do for a job. I drive my own car to work then get in an ambulance and drive it around muncie until my partner and i get a call.

The one focal point i find in my setting is the ability to overcome terrible and stressful circumstances. They seem to be able to overcome many obstacles and stressful situations.

I am going to just keep taking notes and doing my interviews. I am getting good notes so i am just going to keep doing what i am doing. I have a lot of good information that i have collectted thrpough my research.

There are two buildings at my location. The house which is used for offices and the other building with two garages attached to it. The station building has the dispatch office and the billing office in it. It also has a room with a couch and TV. In the back of the main room there is a kitchen for the employees. Attached to the main room there is a hallway in the back that runs behind all of the garages attaching them to each other. Off of the hallway there are two classrooms and two bedrooms. If the paramedics need to stay overnight for any reason they can. Adjacent to he main room there is the 2-bay garage big enough to hold two ambulances. Then attached, that there is the 3- bay garage but you have to go through the hallway in the back. The 3-bay garage is big enough to hold 5 ambulances and that s also where all of the vehicle washing takes place.

My sensory details are pretty strong. I focus mostly on the ambulance because thats their workplace.

My community is very dedicated to their work and take it very seriously. It could be different for different communities I am sure that other cultures are dedicated to their work like my community is but I don't really know. I do know that there are specific details about my community that wouldn't apply to other sub cultures.

I have always had sort of a bias against lots of rural families and their belief systems. I don't really like this writing style for some reason its just not that interesting to me. I really have not seen ant movies or anything that reminds me of Naylor's style. All the repeats made it hard to read and it was sort of confusing to follow. I did not really like this story I was not really entertained by it at all. I missed a lot of the fine details the first time I read through it. I liked the narrator the best I guess because I have always liked stories with narration.

I think that my field work went rather well over the week. I collected good data for my paper. It was sort of hard getting all of the data I wanted to get because of the environment I was in. I did manage it though. I learned a lot and saw a lot also.

I would probably start by going to work and the library. Try to find some books on the training and maybe the history of the profession
